Carolyn Harley is the Founder of Frontcountry Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of hard earned experience at the intersection of analysis, strategy and operations. Throughout her career, Carolyn has built and led high-performing teams, driven organizational transformation, and delivered measurable results with particular expertise in the life sciences industry. As an Advisor, Carolyn values collaboration and accountability. Success is only possible if we own our responsibilities and share a vision for the outcome.
Carolyn brings rigorous analytical thinking, a bias for action, a focus on practical incremental steps, and a collaborative spirit to every engagement.
When she’s not working, Carolyn can be found running the trails and foothills of Santa Barbara, cooking, painting, hanging out with her family, or lying on the couch with her coffee watching the sun rise.​​
